Membership Freeze Policy

At Unleash'd Strength Gym, we understand that circumstances change, and you may need to freeze your membership. To do so, please follow the steps below to process your freeze request efficiently and fairly.

Here's what you need to know:

Policy:

  1. Freeze Duration: Your membership can be frozen for up to 6 months.

  2. Automatic Unfreeze: Your account will automatically unfreeze at the end of the 6-month period or when you scan your fob again, whichever comes first.

  3. Temporary Visits: If you visit the gym temporarily (e.g., for a weekend), scanning your fob will unfreeze your account. You will need to freeze it again afterward.

  4. Freeze Limit: Members are allowed a maximum of two freezes per year.

  5. Payment Timing: Freezes cannot be initiated immediately before a scheduled payment to prevent avoiding dues. A minimum of 7 days' notice is required before the freeze start date.

  6. Extended Freezes: Any freeze requests beyond 6 months will require membership cancellation.

  7. Special Circumstances: Requests to freeze memberships beyond the standard policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by ownership and management.

Cancellation Notice: If you decide to cancel your membership after freezing it, a 28-day cancellation notice is still required. You may see a final charge during this notice period.
